Guided by Legacy, Focused on Future means utilizing the institutional knowledge and experience Kayleigh brings to the table to shape the future of and strengthen JCI USA.

This vision is comprised of three major areas: Accessibility of Knowledge, Increased Promotion of JCI USA, and Improved Recruitment Strategies.

Accessibility of Knowledge: Kayleigh will strive to ensure the accessibility of any available resources to all states. She believes with knowledge comes power, and wants to remove the barrier that is lack of institutional knowledge or awareness of available opportunities.

Increased Promotion of JCI USA: there is great opportunity to be had in promoting JCI externally, through building brand recognition and fostering partnerships with both private and public sectors. The Jaycees were once a household name, something Kayleigh believes is able to be achieved once again.

Improved Recruitment Strategies: Reversing the downward membership trend has been a passion of Kayleigh's for years. She has personally recruited 30 members during her time as a Jaycee, and has encouraged others to recruit in similar manner. It's no secret that membership is a struggle nationwide, so let's focus on effective, tried and true methods to change the trend and inspire more young people to become part of the JCI movement!
