Kayleigh is a legacy member, having been around the Jaycees since the age of 2. Her nearly 30 years of experience with the organization has given her much perspective of the strength and impact that is possible.

She focuses her institutional knowledge into propelling the organization into the future. Whether that's bringing back projects lost that still have value, altering projects and ideas to fit today's needs, or by not re-inventing the wheel every time, Kayleigh is able to adapt the successes of the past to create a bright future.
